Annual Payment Tracking Sheet

In the future a sheet that you can post on your refridgerator or post it board to help you track if you’ve paid your assessments each month will be posted here for each year and one for each assessment level.

This replaces the payment booklets that were previously printed and mailed out each year at a considerable expense to the association, when almost no one used them. Now those who need a reminder can print out the sheet specific for their assessment level, add the unit number in the Memo Line of their check, tear off a pre-printed address label and tape it on the envelop to mail in a check. Place a check in the Paid? check box and know then which months were paid and which were forgotten. It can’t be more simple than this to stay current on your assessments!
