Basement Interior And Exterior Entrance Lights Contract

Proposal from Bright Ideas (Dean Oswinkle) to replace basement exterior entrance and meeting room lights with new LED dusk to dawn lights. To be presented at March 24 2026 Annual Meeting for approval of work.

After completing the above contract Bright Ideas determined that the light in the stairs of 8341 was not getting electric and propose the following $325 to run new line. The new work was approved by special meeting April 10, 2026 and completed shortly thereafter.
