8379 Basement Mold Issue From Unit Above
The mold was determined to be from the unit 8379 above. The AC condensation line from the inside AC unit had become displaced from the drainage line to the outside. The costs for this mitigation and restore are covered in the regular meeting held on September 10, 2026.
