2025-10-01 565 Resale Inspection
- Patio fence needs repaired and repainted. A dark shade of brown (mahogany brown) would be acceptable as the BOD is in the process of changing to new colors for the fence. (If you’d like to use on of the new colors on the chance that those new colors will be approved, let us know and we will provide the color numbers as well as the Sherwin Williams account number for huge discounts on paint purchase at the designated store.)
- Weeds must be removed from patio area.
- Shared air conditioning condensation drainage pipe appears to be clogged. These must be daylighted and free flowing. Clear the drainage pipe and test to ensure it flows freely without any blockage.
- Gray was never an approved color for doors or trim. (See scheme III Red/Gray/tan Color Scheme below.) Please paint all gray trim to the required Sherwin Williams color (wheat). It doesn’t have to be Sherwin Williams paint but should be the same color – the number can be matched to a different brand. This includes the trim around the patio door.
- Green doors on any red brick were never part of the original color scheme. The color of this door was changed recently without approval. The previous color would have been accepted. Green is NOT acceptable on the red brick. (Your neighbor will be held to the same standard as soon was the BOD restarts the inspections). Color schemes have always been included in the governing documents as part of the architectural section. The BOD will be returning to these color schemes over time. See the snippet below for the red/tan/gray brick.
