- notice was sent via email October 27, 2025 to all BOD members, BOD quorum met,
- BOD members validated.
Motion & Discussions
Following the intent of the BOD with the benches project to support a local tradesman, we now have a proposal from Mike Fabrie to do the work according to the statement of work found here (Statement of work ordered by BOD to be developed by Ms Fink at September 30, 2025 special meeting.)
Motion to hire Mr. Fabrie to build the benches according to the attached contract and the statement of work to begin work as soon as possible and with a per bench payment structure allowing payment for the invoiced number of benches completed, and allowing time to complete the total 13 benches as time and weather permit. Motion seconded by Mr Payne, Motion passed 4 in favor, 0 opposed.
