2026 May 29 Parking Violation

An email has been sent to the owners of the units of 8381 – 8399 and 8401 – 8419, stating:

Hello Neighbors!
Does anyone know who the white Chrysler with MD tags 4HB5223 belongs to? It is consistently parked in the clearly marked no parking area in front of the dumpster blocking the dumpster truck from picking up and interfering with the service this community pays for. See pictures below.

This is the warning message, we are authorized after this to tow the vehicle. A note was placed on the windshield today as can be seen by the picture below.

If this car is parked in the no parking area again it will absolutely be towed, it doesn’t matter which day of the week it is or what time of day it is.

If this car belongs to one of your visitors, please inform them that there is no parking in front of the dumpsters as is clearly marked on the pavement. Please instruct them to park in any one of the many non-reserved spaces. There is not a lack of parking in that area. Apparently there is a lack of reading ability though.

Please correct this so that we do not have to tow.
