Motion & Discussions
After completing his first bench, Mr Fabrie realized the foundations of all benches will need replaced. His increase of $120 per bench is to accommodate the time needed to install the footers and base foundations as per the below addendum.
Mr Fabrie also noticed that 10 of the previously cut bench top boards were cut improperly leading to them being shorter than the other bench top boards. Using these shortened bench top boards all on the same bench results in one bench that will be 5 inches shorter than the other benches.
Motion to approve the price increase, as per the addendum to $480 per bench, to replace the foundations of all the remaining benches, to have one bench that is 5 inches shorter than the others, and to apply the price increase to the remaining 12 benches including the 3 already completed and invoiced on November 27, 2025 and to continue all other terms and conditions of the original contract. Motion seconded by Mr Payne:
Motion passed 4 in favor, 0 opposed.
