Add Gutter Cleaning Additional Services Cost
Motion to add to Hot Shots gutter cleaning price, $1,000 to clean all the patios of the debris from the gutter cleaning on all the 13 buildings. Motion brought forth by Ms Fink, seconded by Mr. Payne.
Discussion – After completing the first building Mr Selby indicated he didn’t anticipate so much debris from the gutters and would need a little extra to cover the additional time to clean it up. The Board discussed and negotiated $1000 addition to the project.
Motion was passed 2 in favor, 0 opposed.
