Approve new contract with Republic Trash Removal Services
Motion to establish a new contract with lower prices beginning 1 November 2024 which includes huge decreases in prices see attached contract. Motion was seconded by Mr Payne.
Discussion – American Dream (Alicia) noticed an invoice discrepancy from Republic and contacted Ms Fink. Ms Fink threatened Republic with immediate contract termination. Instead Republic countered with new contract and new prices where our service was almost halved. See image below and contract attached. In the image o means Old price and n means new price in the first column.
Motion was passed 2 in favor, 0 opposed.
