Meeting called to order at 5:25 PM.

Hire My Brothers

Motion to hire My Brothers construction company to perform the gutter repairs on the back of 8329 – 8331 to include replace the gutter, soffits, down spouts, drip edge on 8331, and fascia at a price of $3200. Motion brought forth by Ms Fink, seconded by Mr. Payne.

Discussion – After paying the down payment and waiting over 1 week for scheduling Gutter Guys owner indicated that they needed to be paid on the spot at the completion of the work. They preferred to have cash. As a result of their unwillingness to work under normal commercial operating procedures, we requested a refund and canceled their contract. My Brothers was referred to us by our insurance agents and they highly recommended them. Their price is very reasonable. The first contract price we had was $3184 and did not include the down spouts or drip edge. So this is a very reasonable proposal.
