Meeting called to order at 6:30 PM.
All board members agreed to no notice needed as per Article IV Section 11, so meeting can commence.
Hire Howard Plumbing
Motion to hire Howard Plumbing to snake and clear reported block from 561 / 563 at a price of $525.
Discussion – Unit owners hired Rotor Rooter to clear the line. RR was unable to clear it successfully. HP knows our systems and are better equipped to clear our lines. Need this cleared ASAP to prevent any further damage. Unit owners have already torn up flooring in remediation efforts recommended and provided by Rotor Rooter.
There was no dispute that this was a shared line and would be an expense of the Council.
Motion to hire Howard for the clearing of the line was passed 3 in favor, 0 opposed.
