2025-01-08 8363 Resale Inspection
Upon resale inspection the following Bylaw violations were noted as per Declaration Article V(a) which declares the owner has the responsibility of maintaining the patio area and the patio fences:
- Fence needs remounted to post.
and leveled.
No improvements or resolution of previous violations. Fines can be assessed if maintenance is not done according to the bylaws.
