Upon resale inspection the following Bylaw violations were noted as per Declaration Article V(a) which declares the owner has the responsibility of maintaining the patio areas and the patio fences:
- Overgrown bush and small weed/tree need to be removed. These are on the common area and unless there was express (and documented) permission to plant them there they need to be removed. Notwithstanding the previous, the BOD would allow small plants in that area but not trees or bushes that block the entrance.
- Dead vines climbing the outside brick need to be removed.
- Information needs to be provided to the BOD regarding the pipes coming out of the wall.
- What are they for?
- Whose responsibility are they (association or owner) and
- Can they be modified to look nicer?
