Will there be anything done to address parking on Belmawr? One resident has 8 cars. He’s occupying parking in all visitor spots, and across from his neighbors. Also, will new lines be drawn to identify designated parking per household.

Hello,
We received your comment on the website regarding parking on Belmawr. The Board is addressing the parking and we have discussed it at some of our past meetings. However the Board cannot enforce anything at this time. The Board needs to properly assign parking shares as per the Declaration which has never been done before. We were intending to do this after the roads are repaved which is expected to happen early to mid 2025.
8 cars for one unit is alot. Can you provide some proof as to which homeowner is using that many slots. I admit we intended to send out letters previously, but have been too busy. The best the BOD can do right now is send out a general letter to all and if more proof of the offending unit owner is brought forward we can send letters specifically to that unit.
We greatly appreciate your help in this matter as it is a grave abuse of the common ownership agreement within this community.
