UPDATE: As per the Reconvened Meeting 15 April, 2025, we only have enough spaces to assign 1 space per unit. Those spaces will be marked with the last 3 digits of the house number for those on Norwood and the last 2 digits of the house number for those on Belmawr. This was all approved by the BOD at that meeting.
UPDATE 2: The dumpster on Belmawr will NOT be moved, but will receive a new pad that is more aligned with the way the truck backs up to it.

It was my impression that the islands on Belmawr Place would remain in order to protect cars parked in the end spaces. The current map shows one island being removed. Where will the street sign be placed?
May 9, 2025 @ 3:47 pm
Yes, the islands will remain on Balmawr, but will become concrete instead of grass. I didn’t get a chance to update the map. The street sign and the light will remain at their current location. The dumpsters will remain at their current locations but the one at Dunmore will be replaced so that the dumpster can be placed on it better. We needed to take the locust tree down because the roots were growing under the pavement and damaging the pavement there (unfortunately).
Hope that answers your questions. Sorry for the delay in my response.
Thank you!
