Planter Box Power Washing Preparations – Nov 19, 20, 21

Planter Box Power Wash: 19 – 21 November, 2024

As promised the Board is performing a courtesy power washing of your planter box. This is a one time courtesy cleaning. Probably never going to be offered again!

In preparation it is important that your plants be cut back off of the planter box landscaping ties, so that the ties are fully exposed.

We love your flowers and plants in the planter boxes! We want to protect them from the power of the spray, so they need to be cut back from the wooden landscaping ties. You don’t have to whack you bushes or plants. In most cases a light trimming is all that is needed.

Below are the houses that we have identified that need trimming back. And we have a great offer for you! Price Landscaping is available to trim up your whole front box area for a small fee. You can contact Coty Price to have that done. And he will do a super nice job making your planter box look real clean cut! Add the cleaned up landscaping ties, and the front of your house will just be amazing!

Unfortunately if you don’t contact Coty or do the trimming yourself, Hot Shots will do it and you will be charged $50 for that service. Your $50 will go a lot further if you have Coty do the work for you because it will include the whole area in your boxes.

NOTICE of ABATEMENT – the below listed units are hereby notified that on November 19 – 21, they will be charged $50 if the plants in the planter boxes have not been trimmed back off of the planter box wooden landscaping ties. This notice gives well over the required 15 days to mitigate the problem.
