Getting The Roads Repaved!

Hello Sussex Neighbor!

The BOD promised 2025 would be the year we get the road ways repaved! And that is now upon us.

The process begins with finding the right contractor with the right equipment and the right price. This is a large commercial property just shy of 10 acres, and approximately 1 mile of roadway parking lot combined. It is not a project for your residential driveway black top contractor.

So if you know of any one who is part of a larger road way construction company, and think they would like to submit a bid, please provide their contact info or have them contact me at director1@sussexsquarecouncil.org.

We will be discussing the scope of the project at the next 2 meetings with a final vote in March or April. We need to get these roads done ASAP!
