2026 Budget For Council Review
Below is the budget for 2026 for your review. On November 18, 2025 the Board voted to keep the assessments the same and have the insurance increase be absorbed in the operating account. The Board is excited to continue with the accelerated curb appeal maintenance plan with the goal to bring the property aesthetic value (curb appeal) up to the current home values.
