- notice was sent via email November 28, 2025 to all BOD members, BOD quorum met,
- BOD members validated.
Motion & Discussions
Building 4 8379 basement backed up sewage. Plumbing repairs have already been performed and paid. Need to remove mold and clean up basement to close it up and lock it up. Existing sotrage unit structures need to be removed, mold needs to be remediated, and general cleaning needs done.
EcoClean’s proposal below accomplishes this at a cost of $1602.
Motion to approve the proposal submitted by EcoClean to perform demolition, repairs and remediation of basement in building 4 under 8379 to include removing of existing storage unit structures, mold remediation and general cleaning up from the sewage backup. Motion seconded by Mr Payne:
Motion passed 3 in favor, 0 opposed.
