Motion & Discussions
Review Bizup Construction Bench Restoration Contract
Motion to contract with Bizup Construction for the restoration of 10 benches, in accordance with the proposal’s plan and specifications. The association will purchase the specified paints, while Mr. Bizup will obtain the other listed materials using a $380 down payment. Work will be carried out in the meeting room, begin upon acquisition of materials, and proceed with payments issued as benches are completed. All work shall be completed within 90 days.
Motion brought forth by Ms Fink, seconded by Mr. Payne and passed with 3 in favor and 0 opposed.
Discussion – The special meeting was necessary to get started on the benches as soon as possible as some were becoming safety hazards. Mr Bizup was eager to get started and had time in his schedule now, so the special meeting was called.
