Replace Trees removed with 4 Red Maples
- Price Landscaping recommends Red Maples to replace the 3 locust trees removed for the road construction, with placement as close as possible to where the locust trees previously were. And to adjust the tot lot edge to accommodate the Red Maple being planted there. Motion to accept Price Landscaping’s estimate of $2050 + $500 to adjust the perimeter border of the tot lot to install 4 new red maple trees as soon as is possible according to the recommended planting practices. Bug treatment for common area tot lot
- Some have noticed ticks possibly from the tot lot area. Price Landscaping recommends 3 treatments to eliminate ticks, fleas, mosquitos, and others to be performed as soon as possible. $1,192.50. Motion seconded by: . Motion approved – , opposed.
