Meeting called to order at 3:48 PM.
Hire Howard Plumbing to Clear Main Sewer Line Of Building 6
Motion to hire Howard Plumbing to clear and jet the main sewer line from 8381 – 8399 (Building 6) for total price of $475. Motion brought forth by Ms Fink, seconded by Mr. Payne.
Discussion – Received email from American Dream that cleanout behind 8381 was overflowing. Ms Fink checked and confirmed and contacted Howard Plumbing who was able to respond immediately. The urgency was that the next day was Thanksgiving and with the holiday we didn’t want the backup to linger or get worse over the holiday. They were able to clear the line, camera it and ensure it was cleared. They determined that blue wipes contributed to the blockage as they pulled many out of the line. Ms Fink sent an email afterwards to the residents of building 6 that wipes should not be put into the sewer system.
Motion was passed 2 in favor, 0 opposed.
